Donna Kalinowski Blackwell
Personalized Bookkeeping & Tax Services was established in September 1989 by Donna Kalinowski Blackwell, EA. Donna graduated from the Nashville State Technical Institute in 1985 with an Associate of Science in Computer Accounting Technology. She earned a Bachelor of Administration degree from Tennessee State University in 1993 and completed 150 hours of CPA requirements. In 2003, Donna opened Personalized Bookkeeping & Tax Services full time.

In the summer of 2012, Donna passed the exam needed to become a Registered Tax Return Preparer with the IRS. Her work experience includes several years as a financial analyst for a small airline, a budget/account analyst for a health care company, a banking manager, and a payroll manager. In 2015, she became an IRS Enrolled Agent and she is currently the Vice President of the Tennessee Society of Enrolled Agents (TNSEA). An IRS Enrolled Agent is the highest credential the IRS Awards. Enrolled Agents are not just licensed in the State of Tennessee, they have Federal Jurisdiction in all 50 states.

Donna is also a Certified Acceptance Agent who is authorized by the IRS to assist individuals in securing a taxpayer identification number (ITIN). There are less than 30 agents in the state of Tennessee.

Donna has served as President on multiple HOA boards demonstrating her leadership and commitment to the boards and residents. She also specializes in assisting clients who own multiple rental properties.
